Amenities

33 Arch Street is proud to offer two new amenities to our tenants: Arch Active, our exclusive fitness center managed by Lulafit, along with a new conference center that seats 28 and holds 49 with high end connectivity.

Hours of Operation
33 Arch Street is open to the general public from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays, except on building holidays. Tenant employees with a valid building photo identification card can access the property at any time.
Janitorial and Day Porter
33 Arch Street employs UG-2 for all janitorial services performed at the property. Throughout the week, a team of 3 day porters service the building from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Their responsibilities include sweeping the exterior sidewalks, vacuuming the lobby, spot-checking the lobby glass and also completing various tenant requests. At the close of business hours approximately 25 night porters service the building on Mondays through Fridays from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
Building Security
33 Arch Street employs Northeast Security to provide 24-hour building surveillance. During normal business hours the security team consists of two lobby officers, one garage officer, one freight elevator operator and three additional guards that monitor the building’s surveillance cameras and patrol common areas. On nights and weekends the security team is reduced to one lobby officer and three additional guards for surveillance and patrol. The lobby officers are also responsible for greeting guests, checking in visitors and contractors, and ensuring all building employees carry their required ID. 33 Arch Street also has a shift supervisor onsite at all times to ensure post orders are being executed.
Parking Garage

There are two sections to the 33 Arch Street Parking Garage. The “Blue Garage” is the part of the facility located in 33 Arch Street. Parking levels P-2 through P-7 are part of the “Blue Garage.” The “Red Garage” is the section of the parking garage located above the retail stores at 350 Washington Street. Parking levels P-5 through P-10 are part of the “Red Garage.” The building cantilevers over Hawley Street to connect the two parts of the garage on levels P-5, P6, and P-7.

For the convenience of our tenants, 33 Arch Street has two EV charging stations available in the garage accessible with a contactless card. Contact property management for more details.

Building Maintenance
33 Arch Street is committed to keeping an efficient workplace through an ongoing maintenance program. The maintenance team consists of one Chief Engineer and three Building Engineers employed through UG-2. Preventative maintenance work orders are scheduled through our work order system and each member of the engineering team completes these on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Each task is documented through Building Engines and then up-to-date reports are run by the Chief Engineer to track repairs done to building equipment.
Fitness Center

Empowered by lulafit, Arch Active is a brand-new fitness center connecting members with the equipment and guidance needed to support holistic health. Memberships are available for all tenants at 33 Arch and include unlimited access to the in-person fitness center and the lulafit wellness app. Arch Active features a range of strength-training equipment, luxury locker rooms & showers, a dedicated wellness team, and on-demand experiences. Visit Arch Active on the eighth floor between Monday - Friday, 5:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.
